These species are incapable of interacting with magic without outside assistance.
There may be individuals who practice something close to magic, such as witches and their potions or herbkeeping, but it is not the fantastical type of magic known from fantasy novels. Because these people are not very conducive for magic and the influence of the reflection, their prime matter is unlikely to be altered. Their features do not glitch onto other species.
