Partly Magical

Some individuals practice magicks, others do not and want no part of it. These species are not natural magic wielders per se. They may have abilities like shape shifting or calling upon elements, but this magic is practiced rather than instinctual. Due to being able to utilize magic while not inherently magical, they are most prone to change within the reflection or by outside means. Their prime matter is therefore more likely to be changed. Their features do not glitch onto other species.
