Fengárion

Fengárion is a quiet individual, which would surprise many given his status amongst angelus. As the currently highest officially ranked angelus, his word may as well be law - and yet he chooses not to use this fact. Few are close enough to him to speculate about his motivations, and even fewer actually know him personally. Locked away most of the time to his shrine and home, surrounded only by servants and other high ranking angelus, he is quite isolated. No wonder Fengárion enjoys taking trips to the overworld, where there are no prying eyes on him.
