Nianzu

His name is Nianzu but he likes to go by "Nya", unless you are a close friend. Nianzu owns a little restaurant in Qui and rents the rooms on the top floors to tourists (or someone who needs a room). Thanks to that, his ties in the district are widely spread, even beyond his own business.
