A lonely fisherman who proudly feed their village. Noctil has a noble nature, but will do anything to keep their village safe. The buisnessman named Yasht often mess with him and tries to convince Noctil to sign the contract.

Their village is a part of the Stronghold №8. Noctil is very wary about Yasht, who came here and started working as a manager umpromptly. At some point they gave up and started to cooperate with this fraud.
