Noxving

The city state of Noxving has been at peace with the rest of Candoris for decades now. They are highly militaristic and as such, people growing up there tend to adapt a serious and matter-of-fact attitude. While peace may last, many Candorians are still wary of Noxvians due to their advanced weaponary and strictly established military. In turn, many Noxvians view Candorians as weaklings.
