Euphemius

A proud self-proclaimed ruler of the sea, and king of Seaport. Despite sticking to older systems of rule, he is by no means a cruel leader, and does put Seaports profit first at all times. He is the biggest rival to Antiqua's founder, both as ruler and warrior.
