Feliciano

Feliciano is the son of a very influential man...the leader of a cheetah based gang. He's got a very keen interest in the reflection and its slivers, thinking that it'll help them establish themselves even further and gain more power and influence. As such, he will handsomely pay  those who present him such slivers. Other than business, he is a rather laid back individual that doesn't care much for appearance and likes to party.
