One of the two current highest ranking Arma Caeli. As such, often very overworked, and they take turns commanding. Like Day and Night, they depend on each other, only really being able to rest when their counterpart is awake. It was decided in order to keep the peace, there should be a representative of both day and night cycle at the same rank present.
