Sometimes known as "Cicero the Halfwit", Seisyll is a traveling jester who provides unconventional entertainment. He rarely ever smiles as part of his performance.

Lately, however, some have noticed the tattoo on his ring finger; it is theorised that he is a part of the Red Moon faction. Seisyll never denies nor confirms those claims, expertly switching the conversation around. But who knows?
