Don't fear passive and cold expression of Strauss - he is actually very chill and kind guy.
Strauss is from the Abyss. To be more accurate, from the rural town placed between dark bridge to the Afterglow and black dunes. He is a son of the farmer family. They had huge stables with big animals. Equine give him nostalgic feelings.

Sadly, he have very bad eyesight due to living in the darkest part of the Candoris. Which cause him problems when Strauss need to get in another Realm.
Usually he hide his wings or place them like a vest.

He prefer open clothes with white or silver colors due to their reflective abilities. He likes funny patterns and cute characters as well. Strauss also wear a bracelet with white diamonds - it's his amulet and a gift from parents. He have an interest in fashion and have a very big soft spot for jewellery 

Design notes:

* His animal is something between ostrich (wings) and cassowary (legs)
* Pattern of green glow doesn't need to be accurate, its circulate like lava lamp
* His hair have feather-like texture a little bit
