A negotiator of Nightglade’s underground. Despite what his slovenly demeanour suggests, he puts an immense amount of effort into his work, preventing further violence from escalating between rival criminal organisations. All in an effort to make his home city safer.

• A dog person. He especially loves small and cute ones.
• Started transitioning around 14 years old.
• He has poor lungs and low stamina. His smoking habit certainly doesn’t help with that. 
• A light and fussy sleeper. He wakes up if there’s too much or too little noise, or if the temperature isn’t just right (freezing cold).
• His mantle got cut up pretty badly after a mission went wrong. Javi aged a lot during that period of recovery and his magic hasn’t returned to the levels it once was, which was why he’s semi-retired from sharpshooting and is focusing more on carrying out negotiations.
