~ As the maker of the artwork, I reserve the right to use it personally in the following ways:
~ I can post the artwork on my social media or portfolio
~ I can use it as an example for commissions
~ If you want to keep your commissioned artwork private and not be uploaded, please inform me before or when the commission is delivered.

~As the buyer/commissioner, you are allowed to:
~ Use the artwork for personal purposes
~ Post it on social media (with a credit link back to me)
~ print it (for personal use only, not to resell)
~ Gift/Trade/Sell
~ You may redesign the adopt but for minimal changes and it should still stick in the theme/appearance of the adopt

~ As the buyer/commissioner, you are not allowed to:
~ make alterations on the art piece itself (the image file unless it is a ref sheet)
~ profit off of my art by selling and producing products with my art on it
