Due to his big size Jassir often scares others off and comes across as threating due to his stare that seems to pierce into people's souls. Due to this, some humans have tried to slay him thinking he is a threat to their villages, causing him to become the monster they see, but to Jassir he is only trying to protect himself. After all, the humans provoked and attacked him first. He has claimed an ancient ruined temple as his lair, spending his time sleeping within the treasure room or exploring it.
