You vs Waves | Floating Around

Naturally, an aqua equos would take naturally to any oceanic activities. Stellamaris could do anything without too much issue, he could swim as much as he liked, as far as he liked. He could go surfing if he cared enough to do so, or maybe he could go snorkeling- just without the snorkel. Gills certainly helped with diving. However, all of that was a bit too much for Stellamaris to deal with at the moment. Too many other creatures were attempting the same tasks- and failing miserably. He suppose he couldn't expect too much from them, though he found himself a tad disappointed seeing his fellow equos failing just as fantastically. 

Instead of doing anything too crazy, Stellamaris found himself floating on his back, arms spread apart in order to keep himself afloat. He almost felt as if he would pass out- though he didn't entirely mind the idea. Again, he had gills, so if he ended up sinking under the cool blue water, it wouldn't affect his sleeping. In fact, it might even feel nice, feeling some nice cold water around him consistently. But then he thought about the concept of someone finding him asleep on the beach's floor and panicking over it. He sighed openly. Maybe he should stay awake after all.

Thankfully, nothing bothered him while he relaxed on his back. Though he heard the sound of others crashing into the water and giggling up a storm, none of it came close to him. Part of him assumed it was because he obviously wanted to be left alone, another part of him thought that maybe people were just scared of him. He wouldn't mind either, really. 

He supposed that he'd find his answer to that question once he got up from floating and tried to find someone to talk to. That is, if he ever got to it. Knowing him, it wasn't exactly likely.
