hi! I was confused with the raffles' announcement post and I ended up only getting 1 ticket for the kitsune and joro raffles despite doing the extra entry claim (journal on deviantart). I hadn't entered them before sending a claim for an extra entry, i thought I would be able to enter both tickets at once ;; what can I do about that?
