You might be wondering why we have assembled like this, all kinds of Equos in one place, despite our...ah, our differences.

It is because of an occurence that we, the Aeria, first observed months ago...Yet, it would seem everyone has caught up on it by now.

There have been certain strange Equos sighted all around Velarune. Equos who do not seem to fit into our existing societal structures.

At first, we believed it was just a couple of outliers, no reason to call for an emergency assembly like this. However, it is clear that our initial assumption was...faulty.

Mar, if you will?

Of course. More and more such sightings have come to our attention, and we concluded that action must be taken.

We must find out what lies beneath the appearance of these uncategorized Equos. And, most importantly, we must defend ourselves.

Many of these creatures seem to hold a grudge against us, for reasons we have yet to uncover. It is of utmost importance we create a defense force.

Of course, our suggestion is that Aeria lead the charge...considering we are the first to take action.

Once such a force is established and we can consider our homelands safe, we would like to further propose an expedition.

Such a dangerous undertaking will need a lot of preparation, however. We are still currently in the midst of it.

Which is why, for now, we would like to ask for your assistance in bolstering the defense forces. There are many ways in which you may support the effort.

And once that step has been taken, we will be scouting for members of the expedition...into where we believe the origin of this strange phenomenom to be.
