Hints For the Lost

Osiris moved along in the shadows of Nightglade with ease. Out of habit, he supposes, considering that he’s a Shaman and has the habit of melding with the shadows to move about in Vinegrove when he’s curious as to whether a newcomer is a threat or whether or if they’re visiting to trade with others or possibly buy new wares.

He’d been approached by two Nightglade Lopilu, Light and Night, while he was out traveling, asking him if he’d be willing to help them find the Founder of Nightglade, who they’ve called The Lost since it’s been quite some time since they have been seen. He’d been hiding in the shadows and listening to various conversations in hopes of finding a hint of where to search only to come up with nothing so Osiris has been stealthily moving about, hoping to find a Lopilu he could chat with, who would be willing to help him figure things out.

His golden eyes flickered towards a Lopilu heading in the direction he was currently hiding and he tilted his head slowly as he observed them. The Lopilu had pinkish red hair and had a skull perched on the crown of their head between their ears. They were a pair of long, fingerless loves on each hand, a mesh shirt with straps crisscrossing the chest and a pair of shorts with spikes along the waistband with a pair of blades crossed and seemingly tucked into their tail to hold them there.

Once they were further in the woods, Osiris slowly eased out of the shadows and followed behind them with silent footfalls but he was sure that they knew they were being followed, judging by how they flickered their ears slightly.

“Excuse me, do you have a moment? I wish to speak with you about something.” Osiris called out in his deep baritone voice.

The Lop he’d been following quickly turned around and drew their weapons as the observed him suspiciously and Osiris shifted his left hand at his side, a soft, green glow of magic in his palm in case he needed to protect himself.

“What?” the Lop questioned, brown eyes narrowing.

“What do you know about The Lost?” Osiris questioned.
