Tourism in the Desert 1

It's a hot day for a tour of the desert, but the locals have provided the both of them with gear to protect them from the sun. Apparently the clothing is all the rage with the other tourists, but Santi is not quite sure how to feel about it. The hat and poncho are nice, but the combination seems to be traditional clothing of some kind. Is there some meaning behind the clothes he's wearing in the area? Doesn't it seem like the kind of thing used for festivals?

Luz insists that it's all still a great idea and that he shouldn't worry so much... he looks great!
