Velraune is often referrred to as the realm of Dreams - but, more recently, also Nightmares. The Equos live in and by their four elements: Aeria in the skies, Aqua in the waters, Ignis in the desert and Terra in the forests. Only the Infernalis, a new phenomenom, find refuge in the Nether - a dark area that appeared out of nowhere...

Whether or not you have been around when these lands were first discovered, at some point, one of your characters may have stumbled into them! By birth or by travel, they are sure to have seen something that left a lasting impression on them. For this prompt, show us your characters first or most memorable moment here! It can be an interaction they had, or a certain landscape that took their breath away - perhaps even local food or displays of magic. Let your creativity flow~

Within Velarune, amongst Equos, the title of Knight is one that most strive towards aquiring. Although it originated from Equos only, nowadays any species is capable of earing it - given they fulfill the requirements for it. What is seen as Knightly varies greatly, and is usually decided by the elusive leaders of each area:

• Aeria: Join the ranks of the Aeria guard, even if shortly. Accompany them on missions and make an impact by lending them your strength and support. If you manage to catch an eye of a higher ranking official, you may be granted the title.
• Aqua: Only the best Equos Aqua can reach the deepsea ruins. The way there is pitch black, full of potentially dangerous plants and wildlife, and so deep that the pressure is nearly unbearable. If you bring back a keepsake from the deepsea ruins, you will be granted the title. 
• Ignis: Their element is fire, and you should be able to handle fire in many ways to earn the title. For this, you must learn how to dance, fight with, or endure flames. Either of these will grant you the title.
• Terra: As the most grounded of all, the Terra want to figure out if you are capable of surviving alone off of nature. They will award the title to anyone that survives in the forests for seven days, without relying on outside help.

For this prompt, depict how your character earns their title of Knight, thus becoming acknowledged by the Equos.

The Equos Infernalis are at a difficult spot - as an unnatural occurence of unknown origin, they are not regarded as the same as the other Equos, often viewed with fear. A fear that is not completely unfounded, as many Infernalis have been seen stealing, fighting or otherwise antagonizing Equos. That doesn't mean they're incapable of discussion and cooperation, though... For this prompt, make your character prove themselves to the Infernalis. Show that they do not believe them to be the all-evil beings they are made out to be. Whether it be by presenting them gifts, or taking their side on the battlefield . Perhaps your character has made a friend on their side - anything is fine, as they do not expect much: just a simple sign of loyalty towards not only the other Equos.
